why does everyone hate on adpi??

Going through a couple of these pages, why does it seem like everyone hates adpi so much? I'm not in the Greek system but I have some friends in agd, they always say that they're similar house to themselves. Do sororities hate them too? Is there like beef between them and any other houses? Also what is "self ranking"?

Self rank is posting excessively about themselves to try and make them seem cooler. It's don't mostly by pi phi because they're just about as ratchet as axid now but they still put themselves as top tier on everything.

This website is run by the same handful of people. That's why you will always see hate on the same houses because people take their personal issues with people and make it seem like the whole greek system feels the same way. I don't think there is anything about adpi that people hate, they're a pretty normal likable house with nice girls. I think people just take their personal issues with specific people and put it on this site
