rush notes

do most houses keep/retain their notes during rush week? I withdrew early in the week last year but am thinking about doing formal again, but wouldn't all the houses who cut me before cut me again?

For the sake of the students who have recruited then joined homes, and for homes looking to avoid trouble from dumpster divers, these notations have been either verbal only or shred if on paper.
