what makes a house a lower tier?

Plenty of the lower tier houses throw ragers and tend to do ok with girls but yet always ranked in the lower tier. Why??

Please explain the difference between Psi U or delts and TDX/D chi

Well I personally wouldn't say that TDX is that much higher than Psi U or delts but D-Chi is. The reason why middle tier houses such as D-chi are better than lower middle houses is because they hang with hotter girls, until Delts startes getting girls that aren't AZD/AXO/Sk they wont be above D-Chi because they get Kappa/DG/ADPi

It's literally just based on who you hang out with. It's very superficial. You can throw the biggest bangers but if you're always hanging with lower tier houses you will be lower tier.
