rushing as a minority

Hi all,
I'm considering whether to rush this fall and I'm really mixed about it. I'm a minority and I went through FFR this year which didn't work out for a lot of reasons. I felt like a lot of houses and the girls I talked to weren't very welcoming at all. Am I just thinking too much? I do know girls in some houses that are minorities but very little, so I'm just worried

Many houses are very diverse in races and personality! The Greek system is taking steps to diversify (tho they definitely aren't all the way there yet) but I wouldn't let that discourage you from going Greek! There are tons of leadership opportunities too to make a huge difference in the community. I've learned a lot about other cultures and people being in the house that I'm in, I 100% reccomend rushing even tho it is a difficult process!
