I agree with this but honestly think the top is
Beta/Sigma Chi
Alpha Delt/TKE
Zetes

I think zetes slipped this year personally, as a sophomore their parties weren't as good this year.

I don't think sigma chi and betas have done anything this year to be over alpha delta and tekes. Zetes don't belong in that category

I agree zetes not top. However, I think sigma chi and beta has pulled away from alpha delt and tke this year just a little, although that could easily change
