how to improve the bottom houses

So with the negativity that's been going on, I was wondering how bottom sororities can improve on their image when recruitment comes around. How do other chapters think they can do that? No hate, just honest opinions.

The "bottom sorority" mentality is so childish. Make a lot of friends regardless of tiers and you'll be happy no matter what sorority you're in. Boys don't really care that much about it anyway from what I realized
