why is it so hard to cob?

i know most members get excited about recruitment, especially when someone says that they are interested in their chapter. despite the amount of houses listed on the panhellenic website, it does not seem like there is any house actively meeting pnms. is this what cob has always been like? will more houses participate during spring q?

I would definitely suggest going through FFR instead of trying to COB because you get the opportunity to see every house, and also if you were to cob in the spring you wouldn't move in til the Fall, anyway.
I promise it's worth it!
