transferring to uw

I am transferring to UW next year from USC, and I am an initiated member of Sigma Nu. I've been looking at this website and it seems like Sigma Nu is a lacking fraternity at UW... Can anyone give me some feedback about it? Is the house nice? Are the members cool? Why is it doing poorly and is there any chance it will get better?

To be frankly honest, I would consider rushing another fraternity here -- it's allowed!
I talked to my friends from USC and it stunned me how different our Sigma Nus were, it's like we were literally talking about different frats.

Yeah if you're coming from USC you should rush a top house or you'd be dissapointed in the Greek system here. It's lit at the top though
