Middle Tier: Sig Eps, Theta Chi, A-Sigs, Pike, TDX, Phi Psi

May want to bump D-chi down considering they aren't even recognized by IFC anymore and will likely not be able to host parties anymore.

D-chi isn't even listed as a frat on the IFC website anymore lol. Def should not be that high since they are in danger of not existing in the coming year.
