It's really cheap, probably like 400-700 for the summer. However, it's something you have to apply for. You usually need to be friends with the guys in the house or have friends who will be living there to get accepted. Some houses offer a summer chef, but that also means the house will be much dirtier than houses that don't.

Mine was $400 for the whole summer and we didn't have a chef or anything, it was pretty dirty but super fun and they had GADs and fun events and free alcohol. Definitely prepare for a lot of drinking and kind of ratchet living conditions.

You do also have to apply, if you have a friend in a sorority here you can apply with them but you're best bet is to reach out to the social chairs or someone in the fraternity to try to get to know them because live-in is competitive even for girls in sororities at UW.

If you're not greek you can still get in but you need to either have close friends in frats or have girl friends that have close friends in frats that can get you in. It helps if you're hot. If you go to the lower tier frats you'll also be much more likely to get in regardless of whether you're in a house. I know multiple frats that had non-greek women live in so you definitely still can.
