not sigma chi

There isn't a best frat. If you're social and go out a lot you're gonna find the frats that you like the most, and everyone will have differing opinions. For example I might say I like hanging out with PiKapps and AEPi the most, and another girl in my house might say she likes sig ep and phi psi the most. You really can't say there is a best frat.

There's a lot of nice genuine guys at Phi Delts, Sig Eps, and Theta Chi. Stay away from Betas and Sigma Chi if you can, though there is the occasion nice guy that wanders in

Top houses are beta sigma chi and alpha delt. Tke and zetes are right behind according to most people

Sigma chi and Tekes are the top party frats. Betas, alpha delts and zetes are also good.

It differs from person to person. My favorite is theta chi, with sig ep and Aepi as close seconds. A lot of people love alpha delts and zetes, they seem pretty similar. Fiji betas and Pi kapp are also a lot of people's favorites. I wish I knew more asigs and dchis they seem cool.

Sigma Chiii

Most people would agree the top houses are Betas, Sigma Chi, Tekes, Zetes, and Alpha Delts but that is only based on where you've gone/who you've interacted with there/what house you are in (as sororities tend to have their own favorite houses). Everyone has their own opinion on where the like to go the most and everyone positive and negative experiences at each house. Nobody has the ability to fully experience each house our GS has to offer due to it's size. When you rush, take time to go to each house, don't allow others to skew your perspectives of other houses because they had a poor experiences. Every house at UW has a few bad apples, each are unique and great in their own way.
