They're not as wealthy or pretentious, so no. But they're still pretty bad, they're very cliquey and rush solely based on looks. People say Pi phi is more attractive in general because they rush according to looks whereas theta rushes on half looks half money.
Pi phi still hazes pretty bad though. They make their freshman strip and streak across the street and jump into phi pools pool every bid day at midnight and all the guys watch.

no one was naked, people jumped in wearing clothes, and i saw girls that didn't jump in and no one cared

They ran down the halls telling them to put on matching bras and underwear and then insinuated that they strip and jump in the pool. Them insinuating to strip was not necessarily force but by having them put on matching underwear they pretty much tried to have them do it without it really seeming like hazing

They are terrible with hazing, one of the worst. Does nobody remember how one of their freshman had to get rushed to the ER to have her stomach pumped Fall Q 2014 after being screamed at to finish her fifth while she was getting hazed?? Thought it was quite the social buzz. Yeah they're psycho.

You have no idea what Pi Phi does and doesn't do for hazing. Also the jumping into the pool thing isn't really hazing, its more of a fun thing to do to celebrate the end of recruitment. time to stop spreading lies
