Do sororities only rush at the beginning of the year or do they rush during another quarter as well?

jesus read this website all it's talking about right now is cob (aka continuous open bidding). Houses that are now at full capacity will continue to recruit girls through cob events through out the year. Which houses participate in cob and when varies a lot so check out the Panhellenic website to learn
