Do fraternities care about your freshman GPA when rushing as a sophomore?

Some do. A lot of houses value academics and will absolutely look at your GPA, specifically the better ones. Some houses will sign anyone that can take a 10 second pull. Most will at least look though, and high GPA definitely helps.
