Low. Most houses do COB in fall if they didn't hit quota during FFR, occasionally houses will do it in the Spring if people drop or if they have extra space for some reason but most houses are done by the end of fall, it's not like fraternities where they have spring pledge classes.

If you haven't been successful with COB yet it might make more sense to just wait for FFR next fall.

Not many sororities will contact you unless you reach out them yourself. It's not that COB is impossible now or even later in the year, it's just that the majority of the houses have a limited number of spots for new members after FFR and only want to give them to people who show genuine interest. Of course, showing interest is not a garuntee that you'll get in, but most sororities aren't going to invite you to COB events just because you're on the COB list. Most of the time, you either need to be friends with someone in the house or expresss specific interest in the sororities you wish to join
