kappas and tri delts wearing letters tailgating

All houses know they're not supposed to wear their letters while drinking, why is it ok for kappas to wear their "go kappa" matching shirts and tri delts to wear the "tri and run with our pack" shirts. Some girls were belligerent like that's such a poor way to represent your house in sorry
