when is halloweek this year?

Is it next week or the week after? Since Halloween is on a Monday.

It makes more sense for it to be next week because you always want halloweek like building up to actual Halloween so ya it sucks that it's on a Monday this year but it'd be weird to be still dressing up in costumes in novemeber
