thoughts on acacia?

I know they're pretty small and kinda new but I haven't heard much about them. What do y'all think?

the house itself is one of, if not the cleanest houses I've visited. The guys there seem really chill and fun to be around. The one party I went to here was pretty small and not very impressive, but it was still fun nonetheless.
