Beta was on probation for a while for hazing and Sigma Chi for throwing a bottle at a cop, but no one's getting shut down

saw it myself, some naked sigma chi got caught running down the street by a cop and he got ticketed, don't know if the house is getting in trouble for it though

They got caught making some of their pledges run naked in the streets. Put that "hazing" on top of throwing bottles from their roof, you got yourself potential shut down.

Sigma Chi is still on a short leash from their social probation last year so it might affect them
