What house got the biggest pledge class? I see that a few houses are doing COB - ZTA, Phi Mu, Pi Phi, DZ and DDD.

Just because pi phi is "eligible" to participate in COB doesn't mean they will. In other words don't hold your breath

Because pi phi are full of stuck-up b798tchy woman that think they are all that, but when they get in the real world, they are just mediocre.
