There's a clear top 5 frats here:
Beta, sigma chi, alpha delt, tke, and zetes. Honestly order comes down to preference.

Like they said, it's all your preference:

Betas: rich asshooles, but hot
Alpha Delts: fun and cute but exclusive
Sigma chi: go hard, not cute and very exclusive
Zetes: sporty dudes
Tke: never sober, if you are intense enough you'll like them

Betas, Sigma Chi and Tke are way more exclusive than the other houses. Alpha Delts are good friends with a lot of girls but don't hook up with any of them.
