gphi's in vegas

by:

The fact that all of the gphi seniors were allowed to go on a Vegas trip during bid week just shows how little they care about their sisterhood and getting to know their new members

Who cares and why are you posting this on Greek rank

Because it's reflective of the chapter as a whole and their values

Why do you need to vent on this website about another chapters values?

no one here is venting. Recognize that this site is literally called "Greek Rank" and this is what it's for. Don't like it? Don't participate

the fact that you think you have to ask a sorority to go on vacation is sad.

most sororities have mandatory attendance required at bid week events to encourage members to get to know the new freshmen. It has nothing to do with asking permission

All sororities require all members of the house to participate in recruitment with the exceptions 1. If they are studying abroad 2. If they are studying for the mcats of something that lands around that time. Otherwise, you are fined.

So not only were they fined, but they also all went to Vegas. This reflects very poorly on their house, and their personal character

Most houses consider bid week an extension of recruitment just like you can be fined for missing work week
