What things should I bring to rush? and where do we put our stuff when we go into the houses?

You don't need to bring anything to guys rush. Your stuff stays with you (in the dorms or wherever) until you sign. Then your house will notify you of move in day (or ask when you rush).

I meant like what do we bring during the day? like water bottles etc. and like where do we put our bags and stuff when we go into the houses?

You'll be in a group with your recruitment counselors. They stay outside and watch all your purses, water bottles etc. while you're in the house. Bring extra comfy shoes to run in because you only get 10 minute breaks between houses and on the last day if you're in heels you'll thank me for this advice lol

I'd also bring a rain coat just in case depending on the weather. Last year when j went through it was pouring and while some houses had canopies outside, while you're running from
House to house you'll want the umbrella or rain jacket!

Panhellenic will provide you with a little string backpack to put all yours items in!
