Notes
Betas signed the best frat pledge class
Fiji signed a lot of weird guys
TKE signed their best PC since 2012
Phi Delts is climbing up the ladder
D-Chi… not so much

Honestly I 100% agree with this list, fits with my actual opinions of the guys I've met outside of the pre-established rankings on this website.
