I'm a Beta at u dub. This is the realest list hands down, been here the past 3 years, been to pre funk and exchanges with most of the houses.

Theta/PiPhi (top two houses, hardest to get into, but both #1 spot in the greek system)

coming from a dg (aka a girl's perspective so could be different from a guys)I don't think adpi shoul be in the bottom grouping. No doubt they're middle tier but we consistently have girls preffing with us and adpi and axo so it'd make sense. Pretty big jump between them and agd/dz if you think about it
