This is not a popularity ranking. We have plenty of those. It will look weird at first, but here is my ranking of best overall houses. It looks at popularity, but also classiness, social, grades, philanthropy, whether it is considered rising or falling, and my personal experiences.I am not a Phi Delt, but their top grades, top philanthropy, solid classiness, rising status, decent social, and nice enough guys gave them the top spot.
