Everyone actually in the Greek system knows d chi, tdx and a sigs are a step up from phi psi, theta chi and pikes. maybe not by a lot but there's a noticeable difference...

DU above lamdas. Phi delts and ZBT should be higher. Their 2016 classes are pretty impressive this year
