what do sororities look for in the girls that they give bids to? What makes them choose girls over other girls

They look for it you want to be there, could see you hanging out with people in the house already, and how involved you want to be in the house in the future. They also look at looks (sorry it's the truth) or at least how you present yourself so not a slob. Some also look at what you did in highschool, who you know, and/or what you intend on majoring in

What are things that houses look for in sophomores rushing? Anything different? Anything the same?

sophomores get judged for the same stuff as everyone else, they just need to really stand out more
