Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.7 The brotherhood is super tight. Not the biggest house, but all the guys are super genuine. Definitely have shifted a lot of focus to their academics, but the parties I went to recently were great fun.

Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 1.7 These mfs blow they have a nice house but the members suck. Went to a rush event and most of them are awkward. Diverse, not cookie cutter, but awkward. Falling apart. Do not rush. Their desperation is hella evident.

Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 3.5 Perfect mid to upper-mid house. The best brotherhood that I have seen throughout the gs. Everyone actually likes each other, and it shows in their functions and interactions with themselves despite literally every type of man living at their house. Don't really see them as a top house, but that's only because they're not stereotypical 'frat' and are inclusive - but they still have sm fun with a huge range of people in the gs. They have cats, so you know you can bring these boys home to mom. Indisputable toast bar candidates.

Perfect mid to upper-mid house. The best brotherhood that I have seen throughout the gs. Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.0 rushed here last fall and honestly met a diverse group of guys with a strong brotherhood. i ended up signing elsewhere but these guys clearly are together. Strong pc20 but could have rushed better this yr

Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 3.7 lowkey getting murdered in the main discussion. pc 21 is small but improving- a couple of the pc 21 boys are kinda interesting, but the house has done a good job improving them since fall (definitely have an A and B-team, some cute guys though). can definitely match energy and have fun postfuncs. my sisters and i have never not been walked home.

Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.0 I rushed this fraternity online and even got a bid from them but I eventually turned it down. I met a lot of cool guys but I didn't love that they have a live-in requirement. They're also a relatively big "stoner house" which isn't necessarily a bad thing but wasn't quite for me. They also don't have the best grades in the Greek system which is something that matters a lot to me, although it does seem like they're trying to turn that around. They're house is impressive from the outside but I hear it isn't the cleanest. No disrespect to these guys, I'm glad I rushed them but I stand by my decision to sign somewhere else.
