Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 1.0 TDX has a couple cool guys, but they're pretty firmly planted as a lower middle tier house. Their parties are below average, their members are average and their involvement in the Greek System and on campus is once again average. Their house got a facelift, so that's cool, but they're in an mediocre location and have nothing really going for them. Ranked too high here..

Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.0 A really social house with great parties, though they are average sized. I would put this house as a solid middle tier going into upper middle, their new PC is a big step up.

Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 1.0 Some people want to put TDX in the upper middle tier (aka self ranking TDX members). But they're smaller than most of the middle tier houses in terms of membership (only like 50 guys). They're not bad guys, but they're still in the growing stage

Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.6 I'm a fan of this house. They throw great parties, have one of the strongest brotherhoods in the greek system and they have a newly renovated house. Their membership is pretty average but they seem to be popular due to their size, and with their new PC i'd say they've firmly planted themselves in the upper middle tier this year.
