Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.4 Clearly a lot of self rank, but for every self rank you have people downvoting this house because of it. TDX is a middle tier, upper middle tier perhaps house and nothing more. They throw good parties for their size, have good brotherhood, but the inside of their house is usually not clean, and they suck at grades/philanthropies. They're limited by the physical size of their house, there are gems, but they're middle tier/upper middle tier if you're generous.

Clearly a lot of self rank, but for every self rank you have people downvoting this house because of it. TDX is a middle tier, upper middle tier perhaps house and nothing more. They throw good parties for their size, have good brotherhood, but the inside of their house is usually not clean, and they suck at grades/philanthropies. They're limited by the physical size of their house, there are gems, but they're middle tier/upper middle tier if you're generous.
