Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 5.0 These guys are know for throwing great ragers throughout the year. Parties just keep getting better and better. For now they are the definition of a party house. (Although grades aren't that bad either).

Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.4 Clearly a lot of self rank, but for every self rank you have people downvoting this house because of it. TDX is a middle tier, upper middle tier perhaps house and nothing more. They throw good parties for their size, have good brotherhood, but the inside of their house is usually not clean, and they suck at grades/philanthropies. They're limited by the physical size of their house, there are gems, but they're middle tier/upper middle tier if you're generous.

Clearly a lot of self rank, but for every self rank you have people downvoting this house because of it. TDX is a middle tier, upper middle tier perhaps house and nothing more.
