These guys just aren’t a good frat despite all their time they spend on Greekrank trying to seem top. They’re at best lower mid and not climbing. All their guys try to act super fratty and douchey but are obviously trying too hard

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.2 Reguardless of what other people say. It’s hard to deny the fact that theta chi is moving up in the Greek system. Especially with the guys that they have signed this summer. Sucks to know that there is a house that’s putting in the work and actually improving the standing of their house. Anyone who disagrees is someone in a frat who is sad that theta chi is actually improving. And that is the real and Honest Tea.
