Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.0 Definitely a house on the rise. I rushed here a while ago, and feel that the house is definitely the cleanest of all the fraternities, and even though it's a new house, I can tell they are going to be successful. Good Luck Guys

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 3.2 I heard they use to be a top house, but they're pretty average now. Nice guys, clean house, but awkward parties. They have a long way to go before they reach top house status again.
