Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.0 (I'm not grading them from the actual ranking tiers; just how I thought they were in my opinion). I didn't know anything about this frat, but I'm really glad I came to their party last night. I came a bit early and I thought it would be awkward to come somewhat early to the party, but one of their frat brothers made me feel so comfortable and he was nice to talk to. I'm guessing these guys are all truly genuine, nice guys! I'll definitely come to their 2nd foam party in the springtime!

(I'm not grading them from the actual ranking tiers; just how I thought they were in my opinion). I didn't know anything about this frat, but I'm really glad I came to their party last night. Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 2.4 These guys are pretty boring but they do have some class. It is a dry house and mostly Christian fundamentalists. I feel safe at their house kinda like if I was in a church. It is pretty clean too.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 3.4 I love these guys. Not many other girls do, but my friends and I love the house! Much preffered over Teke, SAE, SigEp, DChi, and other "top" houses".

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.4 Some people don't understand why they are dry, but they really believe in it and are unique in the Greek system because of it. They still throw great parties and are fun to hang out with. They maintain the house pretty well although their lawn needs some work. The guys themselves are some of the nicest and most honest guys I've met. I always enjoy hanging out.
