Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 5.0 I had an amazing winter rush experience at Theta Chi. All of their members are extremely friendly and welcoming. On top of this, they were all super easy to get along and become friends with. They manage to have a full social calendar but still focus on the other things that matter. Definitely a great house for anyone that is looking into the Greek system.

I had an amazing winter rush experience at Theta Chi. All of their members are extremely friendly and welcoming. On top of this, they were all super easy to get along and become friends with. They manage to have a full social calendar but still focus on the other things that matter. Definitely a great house for anyone that is looking into the Greek system.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.9 Great house! Honestly my favorite frat to hang out in, all the guys are so friendly and welcoming. Everyone i’ve met there has been upstanding and had depth to them. All the brothers seem to have a good amount of respect for one another and they keep each other going. May be a dry frat but definitely a fun time.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 5.0 As the only truly dry house on campus it's amazing how popular they are and how full their social calendar is. Sororities seem to like going to a party there, perhaps because they won't be bothered by stupid drunks. They do like to party, but don't depend on alcohol to have a good time. Other fraternities also seem to like the atmosphere. . .no stupid drunks, so they team up for parties: biads, triads, etc. It also helps with the grades.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 2.4 Dry house that focuses on academics and philanthropy, and to be fair they do very well in both areas compared to other houses. If you're looking to party this is not the house for you but if that's not important to you anyway then this house may be a good fit.
