Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 1.0 In case people weren't aware, as of recently, Sig Ep's nationals has passed legislation called "Resolution 2" (go look it up) that will make every Sig Ep chapter completely dry by August 1st, 2018. So if you plan on joining a house that will lead other frats and sororities to constantly ridicule you for being soft and not being able to throw parties or fun social events, let alone be able to drink in your room at all, Join Sig Ep! I'll save you time: Rush elsewhere. You'll have way more fun.

Not a frat. A fraternity has brotherhood where guys would give a kidney to a brother to save his life. This is a group of guys who live together. They don't care about each other. Known to be desperate social climbers and have weak brotherhood. None the less still does well with girls, would say they are at the top of the middle tier.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.0 Hangs out a lot with TriDelts and Kappas. Genuinely liked as people in the GS, but not necessarily a top house. Has GADs almost every other weekend, but not throwing ragers.
