For those that care about “social tiers”, this house is DEAD center.... nice physical house (it’ll be fully re-built by 2022), but the brothers are rude, and they pride themselves on pretending to drink

Weak brotherhood is shown through the fact that a lot of the guys just pretend to be friends with each other (Just like how they also pretend to be a lit house). However, they are involved quite a bit on campus and some girls like them. Will be interesting to see what happens with them in the coming years with all the changes that their nationals are implementing.

Was one of the better houses on campus but their nationals voted for them and all other SigEp chapters to go dry by 2020. So unless you're OK with only being able to openly drink for one year of college I'd avoid this house. Google up "Sigma Phi Epsilon going dry" if you don't believe me.
