Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 5.0 I don't get how people can say they are a more of a service frat. They are probably the most balanced house at UW. They party hard but also do well in grades and philanthropy and campus involvement. Going to be top tier soon if they keep getting great PC's.

Parties are getting better as well as quality of guys but still sense a lack of brotherhood which has plagued sig Ep for the last couple years

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 1.8 They're more of a service fraternity than a social one. They do well as a house in that aspect, but they are overshadowed by Zetes and Alpha Delts when it comes to parties. Not really all that fratty either :/

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.4 Really nice guys with increasingly quality PC's. They have the size and the space to be a legitimate social presence, but are often overshadowed by Zetes or Alpha Delts. The roof is dope, and they signed a super talented freshman DJ, so their parties are on the rise, but they're still average socially. Their house is huge, but looks like a shoe box lol. Girls love them. Super involved on campus. 2-3 OL's every year. Always see one or two at the IMA, might have gym hours...
