Psi Upsilon - ΨΥ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 2.6 Lame parties; they last about an hour and then are completely dry. Recovering from some bad past quarters, which is unfortunate for some of the upperclassmen who are genuinely nice and fun people to be around.
