Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.8 PIKES is a great example of what a frat should be. The guys are welcoming, chill, and fun. Their parties are great and their house is nice. They are gentlemen to ladies and treat them with respect. They might not be top tier but they are definitely pretty damn close.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 2.8 Pikes are a real mixed bag of guys, their parties are okay, but tend to die quickly and run out of alcohol fast. Their pledges seem to be okay but need to learn how to creep less on girls, overall i'd say middle tier maybe upper middle sometime in the future.
