Some of the nicest guys in the greek system. Always go out of their way to have great drinks. Very respectful of women. Not your average frat full of d-bags. I love going over there and there are defiantly some cuties :D Defiantly an up and coming house.

Really good collection of diverse guys. Really welcoming. They know how to party.So far, their house seems to be the cleanest.

The guys I met were legitimately nice, but they only seem like tight brothers because they are all down to drink/smoke at any time of the day. Cool guys, you will probably have a good time, but not so classy. Not the house for me,but maybe for some people. Regardless they are nice.

Known as Phi Pools exclusively at UW because of their pool. Athletic guys, pool, no sleeping porch, pretty chill. That's about all there is. I personally didn't feel the house was right for me but that's just the vibes I received.
