Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.6 Honestly this is going to be one of the top tier houses within the next year. I am in a neighboring house, and I have seen nothing but good coming from them. They have been #1 in grades the past few quarters, along with #1 in philanthropy. The house is growing extremely fast, and everyone is a super hard worker. They may not throw ragers like other houses, but their parties are still very fun. I am actually somewhat regretting not checking out this house when I rushed, keep up the good work boys
