Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 2.4 There are houses that are improving, and this just isn't one of them. Location and physical house are pretty bad, so not that much potential. Just being realistic, maybe they shock me.

These guys can walk girls 35 feet down the street AND not assault them... Truly a top house
