Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.2 Last couple years has been rough for this house but this year I heard they are getting there charter back. They have a strong brotherhood and they have a great pc. Lately they have parties that have been super packed and was really fun, and the guys always do a good job taking care of the ladies. Love the guys in the house! Definitely on the rise.

No they wouldn't. They'd be bottom tier instead of "bottom of the bottom" tier

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 2.8 Severely underrated imo. A lot of very attractive guys, and while they definitely don't throw a lot of ragers they are great guys if you;re looking for a more laid back night of drinking
