Maybe cause Chi Psi is slowly rising to top tier at UW. Anyways, awesome house. My fraternity loves throwing events/parties with them because they always are fun and rage hard.

Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 3.8 I have a couple friends in this house or "lodge" and I also rushed here. While this house wasn't for me I still think they are a dominant house in the GS. From the guys I know and met when rushing they really do live up to their name "chi psi nice guys".
