A lot of athletes and overall very good grades. Might not be a top party house but they are well balanced. Girls in my house think Betas are full of themselves, but I think they are nice.

They have a solid reputation on campus as well as the in the greek system. I'm fairly sure they were first in grades for like ten years running a few years ago.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 2.5 When I was showing up for a party, one of the rush things I was invited to, there was a guy out front that was giving me crap and asking if I was actually invited. Definitely not the most welcoming, but there are some benefits to being in their house.
