Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.4 Top tier frat for sure. Best parties in the greek system (Tekes a close second) and guys are super hot and nice. Along with Beta probably the top house at UW. Very spacious house as well. Not much bad to say about this house, except their drinks are strong so BE CAREFUL!
