Some people say this house is flawless, but here are my personal ratings of the house. Just focus on the stars. Everyone has a different opinion, but it’s undeniable that these guys truly know how to have a great time. Greatest potential in the Greek Community!! I’m probably going to sign here. Thank Gawd for Recruitment Week; my eyes are opened

not a good place to be

One of the brothers in my house is being a blatant jerk and purposefully downranking ASigs.... so here’s an honest/genuine star-rating that I believe, and a post that I copied from a rating a while back that gives a true current vision of the house. There’s nothing subjective about this post, because it’s all true occurrences that took place the past two quarters: “Literall y.... some of the most genuine group of brothers I have ever met in my life!! In all honesty, there’s no reason that this Fraternity is ranked as mid, because in reality, it is considerable in the category of lower TOP tier. Even though members of my house (Theta) don’t hang out regularly at this Fraternity, they’re my absolute favorite. They’re not as “well known” as houses such as TEKES & ZETES; however, they’re definitely on the come-up: 1.) They JUST won the best possible award given by their nationals... so they’re now considered the best Chapter of Alpha Sigma Phi, nationwide! 2.) When DChi got shut down, ASigs bought their house. So they now own TWO gigantic Fraternities; ultimately meaning that they can increase they’re brotherhood to 140+ (the biggest UW has ever seen); they’ll have Freshmen & Sophomores living in their main house, and Juniors and Seniors living in their second house. Also, since the DChi house is considered a live-out, they can party however hard they want! 3.) They now have an IN GROUND pool..... so now Phi Pools is not the only house with a pool! 4.) Their new summer PC 18 is already being stacked with the hottest guys, with the best academic background, and most flexibility for growth and potential.”

Just balancing the negative spam out with an honest ranking

I rushed Sigma Chi and TKE for a little, and that atomosphere of JUST partying and NO academics low key will ruin my chance for even a hope of graduate school. This house is definitely on the come up. If they clean the porch, it’ll be solid!!! Great TWO houses with pools, basketball courts, fire pits, 160+ membership; and a great brotherhood. I can’t wait to see what the future holds at this place!! PC ‘18 is killliiiinnnnn ittttttt

I love rushing at this house!!!! Every event gives me the greatest memories! I can’t believe all of these negative spam comments..... this is quite disturbing

They're not a bad house by any means but the slew of positive comments are so obviously self rank it's cringy. Same goes for the negative ones being clearly a single troll. Do yourself a favor by getting off this site and forming your own opinions

I’m so exciting to keep returning to the rush events here!!! This is by far one of the the best brotherhoods a Fraternity has to offer!!!

This house is in all truth, very genuine. Yes, there’s a few awkward gems, but that’s every fraternity that’s ever, lmao. I’ve been a summer live-in the last month and I’ve got to say. These guys are AMAZING!!! The “top” houses are seemingly trying to bash on the heads of this fraternity though this website.... even though they are all caught red-handed self ranking!!! At every Rush event A-Sigs are throwing, the PNM’s who are in attendance are extremely hot, and seem to be academically motivated. I’ve never in like college experience ever witness such a 180° turn from a house. This change is so exciting! Don’t listen to the lies of the negative reviews....
