Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 1.0 The Self ranking on July 22nd is so laughably obvious it's pathetic. Mirror reviews spaced minutes from each other is just sad and makes these guys seem desperate. This is unsurprising given how poorly they've done in recruitment this summer. Still a good house, but it will be interesting to see if they can stay relevant this year.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.6 Surprisingly good in grades/in the classroom but manage to pull off insane parties with top houses. Definitely top 5 party house and one of the only houses that can actually do well in school

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.6 AEPi has been consistently a top fraternity house since I have been at UW. The guys are super genuine and care about each other. Always host great parties and it's always a chill, exciting, and welcoming atmosphere.
